(1) In a pot, boil water and add the green tomato, chilies, onion and garlic for 15 minutes, then blend with a little boiling water until it has the consistency of a puree and set aside.
(2) In another saucepan, boil the sauce obtained over low heat until it starts to boil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
(3) In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil and fry the tortillas one by one. As they are ready, transfer them to a plate and fill each one with chicken.
(4) On a spread plate, add a sauce base, then add the tortilla filled with shredded chicken, cover with more sauce and cheese to taste.
(5) You can add chopped onion and sour cream to improve the flavor of the dish.
